Ingredients

  • Karamani-1/2 cup


  • Mustard seeds-2 tbsp


  • Green chillies-4


  • Water-2 cup


  • Salt-2 tbsp


  • Coriander leaves-1 handful


  • Curry leaves-4 leaves

Directions

  • 1. Soak karamani with water before night and keep aside
  • 2. Next day add the soaked karamani in cooker , add salt, green chillies and leave for 2 whistle
  • 3. In kadai add the oil, mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and add the cooked karamani and mix well
  • 4. Decorate with coriander seeds
